Thermal conductivity:1.0W/MK~6.0W/MK
Characteristics:Low thermal resistance,high thermal conductivity,low degree of freedom,suitable interface thickness(BLT<10um),BLT=30um/50um/60um.
Applications:CPU chip heat sink,switching power supply,household appliances.LED/HBLED
Shelf life:It can be stored for 18 months without opening at room temperature of 25℃.
